montana agate 'tiger stripe' drop earrings

Who doesn't love an animal print? I know I do ... these tiger stripes are bold and beautiful!

These one of a kind earrings are hand fabricated Fairmined™ 18k yellow gold. The stones are elongated pear shaped Montana agates in milky translucent white, caramel brown and dark brown.

They are accented with diamonds at the top of each earring (G-I color, SI clarity, with a total weight of .05 ct).  They measure 1.75" from the top of the French wire to the bottom of the earring.

The agates are sourced from stone cutter Joe Jelks.

Note on Fabrication:
Each Montana agate piece is uniquely designed not only from the front but also from the back. A hand-built gold frame surrounds the stone, while flat gold wires trace its natural patterns on the reverse side, with the lines extending into prongs that hold the stone in place.
