This Origami-folded stunner is handcrafted from oxidized sterling silver and is accented by a 5x3mm pear-cut rhodolite garnet in the center, while a 5x2.5mm marquise-cut citrine hangs below. Both stones are meticulously set in 18k yellow gold.
