This little fall capsule is all about seasonal contrast — the warmth of autumn light and the quiet stillness of winter landscapes.
The Umba sapphires, from the Umba River Valley of Tanzania, come in an incredible range of colors — deep rose, russet, amber, even hints of plum. Each gem has its own personality, with tiny inclusions and shifts of tone that make it one of a kind. I’ve paired them with recycled 18k yellow gold, for a glow that feels as rich and warm as the season itself.
Balancing that warmth are the dendritic agates, whose natural branch-like inclusions look like tiny ink drawings of trees caught in fog or snow. They’re set in oxidized sterling silver with touches of gold and post-consumer recycled diamonds — a soft, wintry palette with just enough sparkle.
